You can delete your Caruvo account and associated data at any time.
Open Caruvo → Settings → Delete account → confirm.
This immediately deletes your profile, uploaded files (photos, clips, references) and generated content, and signs you out on all devices.
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account (or describe your Apple/Google sign-in). We process deletion requests within 30 days.
Transaction, billing and audit records (generation charges, refunds, consent records) are retained as required by law, in a form that minimizes personal data.
Backup copies are purged within 30 days of deletion.
Analytics and crash data held by Google Firebase are subject to Firebase retention settings and are not linked to your deleted account.
