These Terms govern your use of the Caruvo mobile application and the caruvo.app website, operated by Yevhen Stryzh (individual, Ukraine). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
Caruvo generates marketing content — designed carousels, AI video reels, voiceovers and music — from materials and descriptions you provide. An account is required. You must be at least 13 years old.
You keep all rights to the materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the service (including transmitting them to AI providers for generation).
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload (product photos, logos, video clips, music in your clips) and for the lawfulness of the marketing content you create and publish.
Subject to these Terms and to the terms of the underlying AI providers, you may use the content generated for you, including for commercial purposes.
AI outputs are not exclusive: similar prompts by other users may produce similar results. To the extent permitted by law, we do not claim ownership of your generated content.
Generated results are provided "as is". Generative AI is probabilistic: the quality, accuracy, and fitness of images, video, voice and music for any particular purpose are NOT guaranteed and depend substantially on third-party AI providers whose models we use.
Variability between generations, visual artifacts, imperfect renderings of products or text, and occasional refusals by provider content-moderation systems are inherent properties of the technology and do not constitute a defect of the service.
To mitigate this, Caruvo shows the estimated price before every generation, lets you regenerate individual scenes, slides or voice lines at their individual price, and automatically refunds credits for technically failed generations (see §5).
Review generated content before publishing it. You are responsible for how you use it.
Credits are an internal accounting unit used to pay for generations. Credits are not money, have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
Estimate up front. Every generation shows an approximate price in credits, based on the primary generation channel, before you launch it. Credits are charged at dispatch based on this estimate.
The final charge follows actual cost. The final amount is determined by actual execution: the serving generation channel (if the primary channel is unavailable, a fallback — including a pricier one — may serve; where the system can predict this in advance, you are asked to confirm the higher price first), the number of attached references, and the volume of generated content. If the actual cost turns out lower than the estimate, the difference is refunded automatically. If it turns out higher, the difference is additionally charged; if your balance cannot cover it, a credit debt is recorded and new generations pause until it is cleared by your next purchase or monthly subscription refill. A credit debt is an internal accounting value in credits only: it is never collected as money and is only offset against future credits.
Automatic refund on failure. If a generation fails for technical reasons, its credits are refunded automatically. Partial failures refund the failed part.
Welcome credits. New accounts receive a one-time promotional grant (currently 45 credits). Promotional credits have no cash value and may not be granted repeatedly (e.g. via multiple accounts).
No expiry. Purchased and bonus credits do not expire while your account exists.
Pricing changes. Generation rates may change over time (e.g. when provider costs change). Changes are never retroactive: a generation is always billed at the rates in effect when you launched it.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store; Apple's terms apply alongside these. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are refundable per the App Store's refund policies. Credits already spent on delivered generations are not refundable as such — the per-generation guarantees of §5 apply instead.
Do not use the service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content; do not upload materials you have no rights to; do not attempt to circumvent technical or billing limits (including farming promotional credits with multiple accounts); do not disrupt the service.
Provider moderation systems may refuse certain requests; we may decline or remove content that violates these Terms.
We provide the service on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, add or remove features. If we discontinue the service materially, we will give reasonable notice.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Upon account deletion, remaining promotional credits are void. Remaining purchased credits are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the service is provided "as is" without warranties; we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms; material changes are announced in the app, and you may be asked to accept the updated version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
